Responsible for Chateau daily operation and technical management, such as the organizing the harvest, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in the barrel, filtration, bottling, etc.

Vineyard Practice such as leaf plucking, analyze maturity, harvest, winter pruning, etc. As well as the chai works like pumping over, racking, topping up, lees stirring, etc.
Issued the graduation thesis: « vinification of red wine without sulphite adds ».
